I’m Denise Heil, a 9D Breathwork Certified Facilitator based in Santa Fe New Mexico.
My passion is creating a loving, grounded space where you can release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your truest self.
This work changed my life – and it’s an honor to hold space for yours.
The Sacred Heart in the WholeBodyBreath logo represents a heart that has suffered, healed, and remained open. To me, it symbolizes the courage to feel deeply, love fully, and continue softening through life’s experiences. This work is about reconnecting to that place within ourselves.
